Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
At North End Coffee Roasters, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee and quality products. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, our return and refund policy is outlined below to ensure fairness and transparency.
2. Perishable Products (Coffee Beans & Ground Coffee)
Coffee is a consumable and perishable product. Therefore:
We do not accept returns on opened coffee products.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Slight variations in flavor, aroma, or roast color are natural and not considered defects.
However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:
* The product arrives damaged.
* You receive the wrong item.
* The product is defective or unfit for consumption.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at finance@northendcoffee.com within 48 hours or receiving your order. Please provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and approve either a replacement or a refund if appropriate. We may request the item to be returned before processing a refund.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been roasted, packed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
