4. Orders and Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors in pricing, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
If payment has already been made for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices may change without notice.
Full payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods (credit/debit card, mobile payment, etc.).

6. Shipping and Delivery
Our maximum expected delivery times are 5 days for inside Dhaka and 10 days for outside Dhaka.
Shipping times given during the ordering process are our best estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
